We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Custom Jewellery
I've never had custom jewelry made before. What is the process and how do I start?
Upon placing your request for a custom order, we start with a design. We can custom piece based on almost any design, if you don’t have a specific design in mind, you can leave it to the design team at insane & co. to handle for a fee.
When you have settled on an idea for your custom piece, we will handcraft a wax mold based on your design. After the wax creation process, we'll proceed to the silver casting process. Once the piece has been casted to silver we'll apply our signature hand detailing, smoothing, and stone setting processes until your piece meets our standards of quality. Finally, we will apply finishing touch-ups and ship the custom piece directly to you.

What is the usual turnaround time for a custom order?
The usual turnaround time for a custom order depends on what we're making for you and our current queue list of orders at the given time. Our usual turnaround time is 3 weeks,

Precautions for use.
The more you wear your insaneandco jewelry, the less maintenance is required. This may seem paradoxical, however, regular use slows the natural tarnishing process inherit of both gold and silver metals.
Avoid unpleasant encounters
Although highly resistant, precious metals and natural stones are sensitive to their environment.
We recommend removing your jewelry prior to exercising, washing your hands, swimming and any other physical activities.
To slow down the natural oxidation effect, avoid exposing your jewelry to moisture, intense heat, and extreme temperatures.
Protect it from harmful products.
Cosmetic products can alter certain organic materials such as pearls or porous stones. We recommend waiting about ten minutes from the application of cosmetics and perfumes before proceeding to put your jewelry on.
To preserve the appearance of your jewelry, protect it from corrosive and chemical products, such as salt, water or bleach.
If it does come into contact with one of these products, carefully rinse your jewelry with clear water and dry it with a soft cloth.

Care instructions depend on the condition of your jewellery: -If your silver jewelry is dusty or shows fingerprints, rub it gently with a soft cloth or a silk cloth.
-If your jewelry is tarnished or slightly oxidized, clean it with clear, warm water, and rub it gently with a soft cloth. Avoid circular movements, rub in the same direction instead. Dry it gently with a soft cloth or a jewelry cleaning cloth.
